SHIPPING
All Imperial Tattoo Machines are manufactured at the time of purchase. For this reason, it can take between 2 to 7 business days for a machine to be shipped.
After the machine has been shipped, the receiving time will vary depending on the shipping company.The approximate shipping time within the European Union is 2 to 3 days.
The approximate shipping time for International shipments is 3 to 8 days.
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code which will let you know where your machine is.
If you do not receive an email, please verify that your email address is correct and check your spam folder before contacting us.
WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free from defects, and that the machines are made of excellent quality materials that must perfectly withstand working conditions in the hands of professional artists. The machines have a warranty period of one (1) year in case of structural failure of the machine. This warranty starts from the date of the original invoice. The wearing of parts are not covered by the warranty, such as strapping on coil machines or bearings on rotating machines.
All tattoo machines undergo rigorous quality control measures. In the case that your machine has a manufacturing problem, you must inform us immediately by sending an email and describing the fault as accurately as possible.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your tattoo machine for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your tattoo machine. Once you have notified us, you have another 5 days to return the tattoo machine in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition it was sent.
In case of signs of damage or alteration to the machine, it will not be rendered eligible for return. In this case, the customer must pay for shipping so that the tattoo machine can be returned.
Make sure that when you return an item to us, you use a company that has a tracking and care service. Imperial Tattoo machines is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
The owner of the machine is responsible for covering the return costs, this includes import taxes, (if necessary). Any items which are returned to us that requires us to pay charges will either be refused and returned to sender or the sender will be required to pay to cover the cost.
